What to do, what to do.

Well it's fall now. The leaves are falling, it's painfully chilly outside at times, and it seems like EVERYONE I know is going to school. All this is going on while I work my life away from 10-6 all week. It's quite the routine, very nice, free water, they even give me a sweet uniform to wear! In all honesty, I really enjoy my job. It keeps me busy, makes me good enough money for now, and I get to work in an environment that I enjoy and find very exciting.

The thing is, I don't know if I want to work in the auto industry for the rest of my life.
I know I love cars.
Mechanics.
Anything electronic.
But do I really want to make it something I do day in, day out? Part of me says yes, the rest of me says no. I want to keep cars as a hobby, and in short, i'm worried the mechanic career is risking me getting sick of it. I dont' want that.

I've always been interested of computers and the jobs involved with them. Originally when I was going to community college I was studying towards a computer science degree of some sort. Since than, I've kinda lost track of where in the computer science field I want to land. Honestly it's quite a broad spectrum of work involved in the computer industry. What do I want to do?! I'm really lost.

I figure the best thing to do is start going back to school and take basic classes towards my computer science degree. After taking some classes and spending some time with others in the same situation, I'm hopeful I can finally put some direction behind my work. Instead of doing the same work everyday. ahhhh. It's stressfull but I had to put it down somewhere.

I need more patience. Anyway, it's Tuesday and the Hawks have been sucky lately. Waddupp.

Use those contacts you have! That Microsoft company is a good way to get into the computer business and we both know you have an inside on that one. Maybe she can help you find a job to get your foot in the door.
